Arisence Incorporated was founded by Mr. Niral right after completing his engineering in Electronics and Communication, with a vision of building an organization which can manufacture products having global competitiveness that is prototyped, designed, developed and manufactured locally, combining mechanical, electronics and software.
We are specialized in embedded system technology integration. A company has good experienced and skilled technical professionals to develop real-time hardware and software designs for embedded systems. We are expertise in designing and integrating solutions for various business verticals like consumer electronics, transportation, automation, processing and education.

Our journey, past and future
From assembling panels to a 30,000 sq ft plant

2014
Niral Kalavadia founds the company after completing engineering in Electronics and Communication.
R&D of new products begins.
Assembly of COP and LOP starts, while process work on designed parts is procured from outside.

2017
Installs a 3PL six head UV printing machine and a 3x5 feet CO2 laser cutting machine.

2019
Installs machinery to enhance production capacity: a 3 axis CNC bending machine.
PCB assembly line with one pick and place machine, one semi-automatic stencil printer and a six zone SMT reflow oven.

2020
Installs a fully automatic glass and acrylic coating machine with dual sprayer gun.

2021
Moves into a new production facility of 8,000 square feet.
Installs one pick and place chip shooter and a 3 zone SMT reflow oven.

2022 to 2025
New production facility under construction with a total built up area of 30,000 square feet.
New plant machinery: 3 kW fiber laser cutting machine, 5 axis CNC bending machine, 6 head 8x5 feet UV flatbed machine, and a glass processing line with CNC cutting machine, double edging machine and auto washing machine.

How we work
Material procurement
- We believe in a single vendor policy for meeting raw material needs.
- Electronic components are procured three times a year against the whole year’s need, from authorised distributors of the manufacturer only. Never from traders.
- Mechanical and screen raw materials come from authorised vendors only, and the test certificate is matched with our predefined specifications and standard before unloading.
Customer
- We work as a partner with the customer.
- Proactive response rather than reactive.
- We always welcome new product ideas and try to satisfy the product need.
Spare and service
- Send & Return: a faulty part is sent to the customer immediately, without any cost, as long as the customer keeps sending the faulty part back.
- If faulty parts are not returned, the next parts are on a charge basis.
